Create your own Camelot!

In preparation for this year's Camelot themed Bursledon Regatta GAF will be running an afternoon of children's arts activities with an Arthurian focus.   

Come along and be transformed into a princess or a knight (complete with horse!) and even build your own castle.   Thanks to funding from Bursledon Regatta all activities are free - all you need to bring is yourself and remember to wear old clothes - it may get messy!   If you would like to volunteer at Create you own Camelot please contact Mary Foulkes at the GAF office 023 8040 6604 or email mary.foulkes@gaf.org.uk.

UFEST918

For the third year running GAF are helping Pilands Wood Community Association at their annual youth festival UFEST918.

  GAF committee member Colin Bowler, director of Tandem Design has worked with a team of teenagers at the PWCC to design the logo / poster for the festival and the plans are developing for the day of activities.   UFEST will take place on Saturday 9 th August from 1pm-9pm on The Green at Pilands Wood, Bursledon.   The festival is for 9-18 year-olds and activities planned include a graffiti competition, skateboarding and fashion show.
