Past Toys Exhibition
Friday 28 April@08:00 - Thursday 1 June@17:00
An exhibition of enduring love.
The Artist presents an impressive collection of children’s toys as a series of portraits. Her images lovingly celebrate each flaw, tear or repair.
In a world where so much play happens inside a squeaky clean virtual reality, the artist has chosen to depict grubby, worn and beautifully tactile characters.
She shares a few of her personal childhood experiences in the hope that visitors will recall some of the many hours and days spent with their own much loved and very special friends.
